HEADRIVER, GA.: Kenneth “Bo” Martin Hartline, age 65, passed away June 16, 2020. He was a faithful member of New Salem Baptist Church and greeted everyone by name, with a smile and a hug.
Bo’s life was spent on the family farm that he loved. He was happiest showing folks his farm animals and dogs, and the garden the family grew. You never left his home without Bo offering to give you something. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Luther Martin Hartline and brother Boyd Hartline.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother Wanda L. Hartline; sister Loretta (Larry) Roper; brother Dennis (Janet) Hartline; sister-in-law Teresa Hartline; nieces Lori (Jason) Simmons, Heather (Stephen) Simmons; nephew B.J. (Missy) Hartline; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 18, 2020 at New Salem Baptist Church with Brother Jim Hixon officiating. Burial will follow in Little River Cemetery, Mentone, AL.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, June 17, 2020 from 5:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM EDT and at New Salem Baptist Church Thursday from 10:00 AM ~ 11:00 AM EDT.
