Holly Talley, 35, of Trenton, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020.


She enjoyed loving the Lord, listening to gospel music, and attending church when she could. Holly was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Nelson, and mother-in-law, Ellen Talley.


Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Andy Talley of Trenton; sister, Rhonda (Buddy) Wilson; brother-in-law, Bobby (Sherry) Talley; father-in-law, Jimmy Talley; niece, Prissy (Mike) Grey; aunts, Lisa (Kenny) Williams and Kathy Kittle; also, several other nieces & nephews.


Services will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Talley officiating.

Paul Harmon, 77, of Trenton, Georgia, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020 at his residence.


Paul was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Yates Bleachery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Thompson Harmon, sister, Lois Contra, and brother, Raymond Harmon.


Survivors include his daughter, Pam (Jeff) Kinsey, Bryant, AL; brothers, James (Myron) Harmon, Falls Church, VA, LeBron (Sandra) Harmon, Ft. Walton Beach, FL; grandchildren, Joshua Kinsey & Jacob Kinsey; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews

BRYANT AL: Edward L. Pete” Smith, age 72, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020. He was a strong Christian man and a member of Canaanland Baptist Church. Pete was well known for his love of Old Plymouth Road Runners and was an avid drag racer. He was retired after 43 years from Cherokee Warehouse.


He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Janie Smith; son, Blake Smith and brother, Dewey Smith.


Survivors include his daughter, Donna (Robbie) Williams; son, Bradley (Kellie) Smith; sister, Sue Smith; brothers, Merle Smith, Brent (Mary Jo) Smith; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and friends.


Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Jim Hixon and Brother Darren Rogers officiating. Interment will be held in Oaklawn Memorial Park.


Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM and Wednesday from 12:00 PM ~ 2:00 PM
