TRENTON, GA: Thomas, “Tommy”, William Wooten, age 66, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend to all. Tommy had a big heart and never met a stranger. He liked to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Tommy owned and operated Wooten Fruit Stand for over forty years.


He was preceded in death by his son David Wooten; parents Jim and Verna Wooten; sisters Brenda Fletcher, Jane Beaty; brother Kenneth Wooten.


Survivors include his daughter Brooke Wooten; sons Scott (April) Wooten, T.J. Wooten, and Kyle Wooten; grandchildren Drayton Corrier, Lane and Grant Wooten, Jayden and Jax Wooten; sisters Alice (Lloyd) Beaty, Linda Wheeler, Joan Odell, Janet (Saul) Ramirez; brother James (Jean) Wooten; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.


Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 with Brother Eddie Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.


Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

TRENTON, GA: Steven Troy Green age 39 passed away, Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Troy A. and Lottie L. Green; Philip and Agnus Lemar.


Survivors include his wife, Joyce Green; father, Troy (Trudie) Green; mother, Marcia Banks; stepmother, Nina Pelletier; sisters, Mandy Allen, Trenton, GA Shawn Kelley, Michelle Hilliard, SD; brothers, Raymond Green, Marseilles, IL, Mike Green, Watertown, SD, Tony Green, SD; aunts, uncles and cousins.


Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, October 27, 2019 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Chris Hagler and Brother Johnny Fegans officiating.


Interment will be held in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.

BRYANT AL: Hobert Earl “Pat” Patterson, age 84 passed away, Thursday, October 24, 2019. He was a Retired United States Navy Chief serving 26 years.


He was preceded in death by Peggy Patterson, Lindsey Delman, Ina Cox, Georgia May Bennett, Bud Patterson, Clayton Patterson, Pete Springer, Martha Bell Moore, and Violet Kelley.


Survivors include his wife, Betty Patterson; daughters, Wendy (Kenny) Debman, Becky Simmons, Carrie Holley, Jennifer (Benji) Brown; sons, Stephen (Candace) Patterson, Scott (Stephanie) Patterson; five step children. ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sister, Ann Gass; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.


Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM EDT Monday, October 28. 2019 with Pastor Bradley Wooten officiating. Burial will be held in Bryant Holiness Cemetery.
